Required Qualifications for Every Candidate (Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):
Prefer a Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience, or an Associate’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or 7+ years of relevant experience
Experience = full-cycle recruitment, from finding gems to sealing the deal
Proficiently juggle Microsoft Office tools like Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook
Willingness to occasionally attend evening and weekend recruiting events
Embrace minimal travel (10% or less), we promise it'll be worth it!
Harness technology to network both online and offline
Articulate and set clear expectations, update progress bars, and keep everyone in the loop—managers, candidates, and the HR team
Devoted to delivering an A+ candidate experience, with skills in negotiation
Comfort with ambiguity, able to navigate and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Whip-smart communication skills, whether chatting up Company management or penning the perfect email
Self-motivated – you thrive on meeting deadlines
