Valley, a Valmont product, is seeking a driven and strategic Product Manager to join our team, focusing on the development and enhancement of hardware products within Valmont Irrigation's portfolio. Reporting directly to the VP of Hardware Products, this role requires a dynamic individual with a passion for product strategy and execution. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams, collaborating closely with Sales and Engineering Departments, to ensure alignment with company objectives. Essential functions include market analysis, competitive response formulation, and stewardship of product lines. With up to 20% travel, both internationally and domestically, this role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of irrigation technology and drive customer satisfaction. Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business with 6+ years of relevant experience, or Associates Degree in Business with 8+ years of relevant experience, or 10+ years of relevant experience.

  • Previous Product Management experience with demonstrated knowledge of the product management process.

  • Experience in defining product requirements through market research.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture Business, Engineering, or related field

  • Advanced Degree (MBA, MA, ME)

  • Product Management experience with hard goods or agricultural products

  • Familiarity with dealer distribution channel model (2-step distribution)

  • International product management experience
