DESCRIPTION
Prospera is hiring a talented Customer Success Support Representative.
As a Customer Success Support Representative, you will be responsible for the support of the technology product portfolio for existing high profile customers and dealers. Responsible for dealer facing customer technical support, primarily over the phone and through Live Chat to achieve the goal of superior customer service.
This position requires excellent listening skills, a calm demeanor, technical knowledge of electrical and electronic circuitry, and a willingness to work technical issues through to resolution. Includes answering questions regarding equipment installation, service, troubleshooting, website, and App navigation. Additional duties include providing an excellent customer service experience through attention to detail, effective communication, call response time and resolution.
REQUIREMENTS
3+ Years of relative experience
Must have the ability and personality to calmly deal with de-escalate tense situations in the field and on the phone
Effectively communicate technical solutions, ideas, and questions
Ability to work in a team environment to balance high call volume and multiple priorities while providing superior customer service to our preferred customers
The ability to clearly communicate technical information to colleagues and customers
Ability to provide excellent customer service while solving technical problems
Nice to have:
Associates or Bachelors or Degree in Agriculture, Engineering, Irrigation or other field related to irrigated production agriculture is preferred
Ability to read, write and speak in both Spanish and English
Precision agriculture experience
Understanding of various crops and farming practices
